AIM

Painted walls - Opening new doors and stepping stones for rural revival.

The youth exodus from Punjab’s villages due to lack of infrastructure, education, and jobs has weakened the sense of community and people’s identification with their heritage. Paint for Punjab initiative enlivens community spaces and strengthens community bonds.

This initiative is envisioned to transform the village walls into the life-sizes canvas that depicts striking yet simple life learnings. These lessons continue to create awareness and encourage residents and visitors to value their often-ignored roots.
